Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA notice)

If you believe content on OurRealm infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes all of the following to OurRealmSocial@gmail.com:

• An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on OurRealm of the allegedly infringing material so we can locate it.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Knowingly making a materially false statement in a DMCA notice may result in liability under U.S. law.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to OurRealmSocial@gmail.com including:

• Your electronic or physical signature.
• Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court for the district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which OurRealm may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original notifier.

Repeat Infringer Policy

It is OurRealm's policy to terminate accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright. We assess repeat infringement based on the number, severity, and pattern of valid notices we receive. Termination decisions are made by human admin review.
